After making a successful donation through Big Give, you should receive a confirmation email.
The email contains information about your donation and can be used to confirm that the payment was successfully processed.
If you cannot find the email, please:
- check your spam or junk folder
- search your inbox for emails from Big Give
- check that you are looking at the email address used when making the donation
- check your bank or card statement for the payment.
If you still cannot locate your donation, please contact Big Give Support.
To help us find the payment, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- the name used when donating
- the email address used
- the charity or campaign you donated to
- the donation amount
- the approximate date and time of the donation
- the payment method used.
Please do not send full card or bank account details by email.
