Corporate donors do not usually need to create a Big Give account to make a standard donation to a campaign.
Donating by card
A corporate donor can make a donation by card through the charity’s Big Give campaign page without setting up a donor account.
They will be asked to provide the information needed to process the donation and receive confirmation of their payment.
Pay by Bank
Eligible donors may also be able to use Pay by Bank. This allows the donation to be made directly from a bank account rather than by card.
The donor will be redirected to their bank to authorise the payment.
Donation Funds
Donation Funds work differently. They allow an organisation to provide funding to Big Give in advance and then use that funding to support charities through eligible Big Give campaigns.
Donation Funds therefore need to be arranged and set up in advance rather than being created during the normal donation process.
