Why are my details showing in the payment details sections instead of my colleague’s?

The information in the “Payment Details” section of the charity portal will autofill based on whoever is currently logged in. If someone else from your organisation should complete this section, they will first need to log into the account using their own details.

To add team members to the account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Account
  3. Click on Team
