Charities must upload their payment details to Stripe to participate in a Big Give Campaign. Stripe will not process payments for charities that have not uploaded their payment details to Stripe. Consequently, your donation page will not work if the payment details have not been uploaded. Charities must have uploaded their payment details to Stripe before the campaign begins. The campaign and donations pages are linked to Stripe payment details verification; once we have activated and invited you to upload your payment details, your campaign page will be inaccessible until the payment details have been uploaded and approved.
