You must collect your pledges and upload proof of transfer of pledge funds. This is of vital importance to the integrity of the campaign. It ensures there is an audit trail to demonstrate how the public’s donations were matched in the campaign (see below for more details).
Failure to upload the pledge proofs may affect any future applications to our match funding campaigns, and the Champion funds will only be paid out to you once you have completed the survey and we have approved your pledge proofs.
