When will my charity receive our donation money?
- Your donations will be paid to you every Monday with a 14-day delay after the donation has been made. [Please note that payments received on a Monday after 7 am will be paid out in the following payout cycle.]
- Your donation payments will be paid by Stripe and will appear in your bank account with the reference ‘The Big Give YOUR CHARITY NAME’. Please note that this payment reference has a maximum of 22 characters.
- You will be charged Stripe fees as described on the Our Fees page. Please note that Big Give is legally obligated to apply VAT to the processing fee.
- You will find your VAT invoices in the ‘Insights’ section of your account.
- The Big Give will respond to all of your payment queries.
