Yes, Big Give uses the Stripe Connect product, which is different from the product that charities will be using if they are already taking payments from Stripe. Unfortunately, Stripe does not allow bank details to be transferred between the products. charities that already use Stripe for other donations will still need to upload their bank details to their Big Give account to allow us to accept donations for their charities.
