Why do you not accept other payment methods, like Paypal and CAF?

While we appreciate that PayPal is a convenient way to make donations, the fees for PayPal transactions are significantly higher than Stripe. We want to keep our fees as low as possible for our charity partners, so we have decided not to enable PayPal for now. This is a decision that we review periodically.

CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) is a great way to make charitable donations. Unfortunately, the real-time nature of our match funding campaigns means that the process of donating via CAF accounts is not suitable, as the payments are not instantaneous.

We are always reviewing the available payment methods to see whether we can include more ways for you to donate in an easy but secure way.
