How do I remove my regular giving payment method?

To remove your regular giving payment method, you will first need to cancel your regular giving mandate:

1. Log in to your Big Give donor account.
2. Click Your Regular Giving.
3. Click View Mandate.

Once you have cancelled your mandate, return to your Big Give Donor Account homepage and:

1. Click Your Payment Methods.
2. Click Remove regular giving payment method.
