What happens if my card expires while the regular giving donation mandate is set up?

If your card expires while you have an active regular giving mandate, you will need to update your payment method.

To do this:

1. Log in to your Big Give donor account.
2. Click Your Payment Methods.
3. Click Change regular giving payment method.
4. Update your payment details.

If your payment method is not updated when your card expires, we will not be able to take payment from you.
