How do I cancel my regular giving donation?

To cancel your regular giving donation:

1. Log in to your Big Give donor account.
2. Click on Your Regular Giving.
3. Click View Mandate.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel my regular donation.
5. On the following page, enter a reason for cancelling your donation and click Submit.
