Big Give pledges are submitted through an online pledge form.
A pledger therefore needs access to an internet-enabled device to complete and submit their pledge.
The charity can help you understand the pledge process or help you access the online form, but the pledge details should accurately reflect the person or organisation making the pledge.
Pledges cannot normally be submitted by telephone, post or as an offline payment instead of completing the pledge form.
Remember that submitting the form does not involve making a payment. The pledge is paid directly to the charity after the campaign has finished.
