We partnered with the Childhood Trust to run the Summer Give match funding campaign raising over £500,000 to help London’s poorest school children. All projects were raising funds to support these children in the holidays, a time when they are at their most vulnerable. This year, we introduced the Summer Give Awards as a way of recognising charities who have performed above and beyond in the campaign. We’re delighted to now share the winners with you.
What was the criteria?
Charities who hit their fundraising targets were nominated for the Summer Give Awards. Their performance was then considered by our judges against the following criteria:
- How signifcantly they exceeded their target
- How actively they promoted the campaign
- Their creative marketing approaches
- Their compliance with all terms & conditions of participation in the campaign
Who was on the panel?
Lisa Gagliani MBE, CEO, The Childhood Trust
Howard Lake, Founder, UK Fundraising
