The Big Give photo competition

At the end of the Summer, the Big Give went on the hunt for the best photos from charities who have worked with us to raise money via match funding. We were delighted to receive entries from many charities and have thoroughly enjoyed getting a greater insight into the fantastic work that they are all doing via these images. We were lucky enough to work with renowned British photographer, Amelia Troubridge who judged all entries. She commented:

“I was very impressed with the calibre of entries to the photo competition with such a wide range of subjects and contexts beautifully depicted. The shortlisted photos are those that I found particularly compelling, demonstrating the importance of the work of each charity ​through the eyes of the beneficiaries. They evoke emotion and a sense of hope. Congratulations to all those shortlisted.”

We will be announcing the winning photo on Friday 6th November (who will win a £500 donation to their charity) so check back then to find out who won or follow the announcement on Twitter at #TBGPhotocomp.
