All gross donations (donation amount + Gift Aid) are subject to a 4% processing fee. The services, people and technology funded by this small fee ensure donations and our users’ information is handled responsibly, securely and in line with best practice. This allows charities to have more time to focus on the things that matter most – finding ways to engage with new and existing donors and raising even more money and awareness of their cause. If you are a charity registered on the Big Give, you need to login to your account and ensure you have registered your bank details with Charity Checkout in order to receive donations made via our website.
